Chukwuemeka U. Orukwowu has a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking and over seven years of experience in financial services, civic innovation and the nonprofit sector. He leads advocacy campaigns focused on global issues like peace-building, Africapitalism, social entrepreneurship, digital innovation, sustainable development goals and the African Union Agenda 2063. Chukwuemeka serves on the Global Youth Economic Opportunities Working Group, focusing on livelihoods through self-employment. He represented Nigeria at Canvassity Pan-Africa Youth Democracy Fellowship 2018, and was also a Canvassity delegate at the African Union.
