Fatima Nazar is a post-graduate Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) candidate at the College of Pharmacy, Qatar University. When she is not busy studying or researching, she is involved in debate and advocacy. She is the current senior mentor of the Qatar University English Debate Club and believes in the power of dialogue and debate to resolve conflict. As a part of her efforts to advocate for human rights, social justice and youth empowerment, she has spoken at various events and conferences and has been published in several advocacy-related newsletters. Fatima is a member of the second cohort of Doha Debates ambassadors, and is one of six mentors for the 2024 cohort.
