Jorina Sendel is student from Germany who is passionate about education, science and psychology. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Kiel, where she was also the head of the student council. Jorina is beginning a master’s degree program at University of Helsinki in changing education. She believes strongly that high-quality education should be accessible to everyone, and has served on the board of Lern-Fair, a German nonprofit that provides free education to disadvantaged students all over the country. Jorina also enjoys working with and for children, and teaches a freestyle unicycling team and counsels at a child-help hotline.
