Raisa Nadia is an undergraduate at BRAC University in Bangladesh. She is studying electrical and electronic engineering with a double major in power and electronics. In her free time, she loves to play tennis, write her daily vlog and volunteer at nonprofit organizations. Raisa is proudest of being selected as vice president of the academics department for Viqarunnisa Noon Astronomy Club. She was also a national finalist for the Stockholm Junior Water Prize. Raisa aspires to pursue higher studies in the United States, specifically within the field of biomedical engineering. Raisa is excited to be a Doha Debates ambassador because it will help her engage constructively with complex global challenges and develop effective communication and debate skills.
