Shalanyuy Nabil Kindzeka is an undergraduate student in computer science and engineering at the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Hailing from Cameroon, he currently lives in Bangladesh. In his free time, he loves playing soccer, cooking and reading. Shalanyuy is proudest of his tenure as president of the Cameroonian students’ community at IUT—having received multiple awards for best and outstanding delegate—as well as the recognition for his services as an executive member at Model UN conferences, as he aspires to become a diplomat. Shalanyuy is excited to be a Doha Debates ambassador due to his love for diplomacy, and hopes to hone his skills in negotiation, constructive debate, conflict resolution and consensus building.
